The CFHS Library is offering a pre-sale of Reading Rumble books, some of the required reading books for English classes, and recommended reading books from English teachers.  If you would like to take advantage of 20% off the cover price of books, please rerurn this form and money by Friday, September 2, 2011 to Ms. Loper, the librarian.

New Books for the New School Year!!!

The library received a few shipments of new books this summer.  When school starts, be sure to come by the library to check out what's new!  Here's Mrs. Hobratschk looking at one of our new 3-D books!

CFHS Students watch Endeavour Space Launch in Library

Students who helped design the Knights' crest were honored by having it go up in the Endeavour Shuttle on the launch May 16, 2011.  Several news channels came to Clear Falls to interview the students, while they watched the launch in the library.  It was quite exciting for all involved!  Good luck to our astronauts and may they have a successful mission and return.

Science Fair in the Library!

Clear Falls students participated in a campus Science Fair, preparing them for the district Science Fair.  The library was honored to display the projects and be the "judging room" for the Fair.  Students from Mrs. Shanks's English class came down to look at the projects and utilize all that they saw, smelled, heard, and felt for a sensory essay to be written in class. Great job to all who entered!

Getting Ready for the Dance

With the Clear Falls High School's First Annual Winter Ball fast approaching, why don't you swing by the library to read up on etiquette, dress, or others' dance stories! Check out the School Dance display.
